I’ve been coming to this Chipotle Mexican Grill location regularly, and unfortunately the portion sizes have been getting noticeably smaller over time. What used to feel like a full, satisfying bowl or burrito now feels skimpy, even when ordering the same items. It’s frustrating because the prices haven’t gone down,so the value just isn’t there anymore. I’ve also noticed inconsistency depending on who’s serving, which shouldn’t be the case for a chain that’s supposed to have standard portions. I
Just had my first experience with a rude chipotle worker at about 9pm on April 13th. I asked for extra portions and he just shook his head ‘no’ without even considering that I might just pay for the extra. Brought my mood down since i was craving chipotle and now I’ll never forget this upsetting experience. The chips I bought were even 2/3 filled at best for usual. The only thing that saved this experience with the nice worker who charged us for the food. The young boy needs more training needs
I ordered a chicken bowl. The texture of the rice was off today. It reminded me of mash potatoes. I barely received any chicken, it felt like I was eating a veggie and bean bowl. Not sure if I would try to this location again. I should’ve known something was up, when at lunch time on a Friday their was barely no customers. Avoid this location.
