I don’t know why the other reviews are really bad. As for my experience this Chipotle is great! Strategic location, clean bathroom, customer service respectful, but most importantly food is fresh and really good. You just need to like a bit spicy because the chicken is a little spicy I don’t know how spicy are the other meats. Overall, I think Chipotle is one of the best things that happened to NYC 😅🤗🤗
This must be my first one star review for any restaurant. On June 26th 2025, 10:30pm, I placed an order on their app for a chicken burrito w/ the usual toppings minus sour cream and red chili salsa. When I opened the bowl it ONLY consist of rice, a little bit of black beans and a huge amount of sour cream and red chili salsa. I ordered a bowl yesterday, and I received a bowl with hard rice, lettuce, and insane amount of sour cream that smelled like it was mixed with something else and a small amount of meat that was mixed with TRASH. Smelled crazy. I am so confused at this but looking at the reviews I’m now confused on how this location is still open. Well I payed $30 on Uber and only received $3 back on the app. This is my first google review but yeah don’t come here someone should sue.
