So this just happened at 1pm on Tuesday 4/22. I order a vegetarian bowl with brown rice, black beans, tomato and lettuce with the guacamole on the side. Just as I was about to eat I saw this bug in my food. They refunded me my money but what was disturbing was that they did not throw out the food the lettuce where the bug was at……. I just had a very poor experience at this location. I was the first one in line and there were 5 people behind me. I told the guy behind the counter, "Hi, I would like to have a regular size guacamole and chips, and that would be it". He didn't say anything. Then, he continued taking the orders of the group behind me ignoring my order totally. A lady came to help him with the 5 people order from the group behind and he told her about my order. Great experience overall! The food was delicious, but what really stood out Arianny. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly elevated our meal. We’ll definitely be coming back!
