As this is a newer location I’ve given them grace, to work out the kinks, how ever over the 4 times I have gone to this location at different times of day, I’m disappointed, small portions, even when u ask for extra and willing to pay for it the put like very little, the beans most time is dry as they sat out most of the day and not refreshed , the chicken both regular & al pastor heavily salted to the point u can’t even eat it I’ve jus scooped it out, the chicken is dry & cold both in the take
Found a dead fly in the bottom of my salad bowl that looks petrified/dehydrated, it had absolutely been cooked and somehow ended up in there. Foul and disgusting.
This was my third time eating at Chipotle. I usually don't go there because it's fairly expensive, but I decided to treat myself and order a burrito. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the portion size for the price. Spending nearly $15 on a burrito that felt so small was frustrating. I usually go to Guac Time because the portions are much better and the food tastes great. Based on this experience, I don't see myself returning. For the price, I expected much better value.
