This place is goat, love it and love how the employees are really nice to us!! Guacamole here was made just right and not too sour (like most places do). Its so fresh and first time I actually feel like it. Since it near a big mall, there are always decent amount if guests in and out but the crews keeps this place fairly clean. I did ask for extra corns and beans and they did put a lot in!!! You just need to ask. I love this so much and will surely come back (unless they change the crews!!!)
didn't let me redeem my free entree coupon, even after scanning my member QR code AND coupon QR code multiple times by the cashier. Said the coupon was locked, and then it wasn't working, when I just got it yesterday. Worked fine when I tried to use the coupon online. Checked my account and the transaction history for this order is not even showing up. What were they scanning if they scanned my member code???
I often get Chipotle after the gym on the weekend because it has everything I need in a bowl or a meal after the gym. I don’t have any complaints about the staff, food or service here since I normally opt in for order pick-up. This Chipotle does give generous portions unlike the one I’ve been to in Austin Street. The staff are pretty nice, not rude to me at all. There’s not much I can say about the atmosphere because I’ve never sat in there to eat but it is a Chipotle after all.
