I just visited this place and do not go there if you're black, staff was being openly racist and the manager was there but unable to handle the situation. He was complicit to the act.
I visited Chipotle at 9:25 PM, well before their 11:00 PM closing time. They were out of cheese, guacamole and carnitas. When I said “oh wow”, the staff told me I was "late," which felt dismissive since the restaurant was still open for another hour and a half. I ended up getting a simple bowl (which costs the same even without key ingredients) and then headed for the restroom. The food is good, the service is quite helpful. The staff get annoyed when you ask for something. The atmosphere is super cold even in the winter. They don't turn the heater on.
