Absolutely horrible experience at this Chipotle. The service was bad from the moment I walked in even though there was no one ahead of me, the staff took their time and basically ignored me while I stood there ready to order. No acknowledgment, no “I’ll be right with you,” just watching them move around and put on gloves one by one like I wasn’t even there. Checkout wasn’t any better. The cashier had a serious attitude while I was trying to pay, like I was bothering her by ordering food. And t
My burrito looks a bit undersized to say the least. Location is nice and service is fast, but I would recommend a different location with decent serving size. Update: Followed up with Chipotle as instructed in their reply. Received the generic response that the feedback would be shared with manager. Honestly do not believe they care and if I ever do go to a Chipotle in the future, just going to walk out if the burrito looks that dinky again.
Great service, portion size is good. The new girl worker was very kind. Not sure why she’s making the bowl and doing cashier. A long line ended up forming cause no one was at the front helping her.
