I went to Chipotle with my friend and we ordered two bowls with white rice and double chicken for $36. When we got to our seat and started eating, we noticed the rice was completely undercooked it was hard and crunchy, and there was way too much water in it. It tasted awful and felt like a total waste of money. It also seemed like the weekend staff were inexperienced compared to the regular weekday employees, which probably affected the food quality. Very disappointed for the price we paid.
I cannot thank Jeffrey, Melanie, and Hereme enough for quite literally saving the day last week! I was left in a massive bind when a completely different Chipotle location failed to provide enough bowls and flatware to serve my 50 guests. After scrambling and running down to this store, I had the privilege of working with these three incredible individuals. The food is great but the way they treat their workers is absolute garbage. I was waiting to get my food and then i just see a worker getting yelled at for no reason. This is absolutely no way to treat your workers in front of customers. I am really disappointed. This just ruined my day. TREAT YOUR WORKERS BETTER!!!
