We got bowls today. I had brown rice, black beans, grilled veggies, beef, some chopped tomatoes, guacamole, corn and some lettuce. The flavor was clean, but a bit too salty. It looked nice, with all kinds of colors. The working surface was neat and clean, and so was the restaurant. The staff were kind of rude and in considerate. The worst experience I’ve had at chipotle. As a chipotle frequent costumer I was EXTREMELY disappointed. The location was FILTHY, trash was everywhere, the tables were particularly dirty it looked like someone’s meal never made it into their mouth but rather were spread on the tables. And don’t get me started on the CUSTOMER SERVICE! We arrived an hour and a half before closure time and were greeted with such disdain but because my friends and I were super hungry we had to stay. The fact that there are 10 employees working in the morning, Way before the peak hour but none of the third party or delivery orders are coming out on time is absolutely ridiculous. They have multiple leaders in the restaurants and non addressing customers waiting at the front counter.
