I haven’t had chipotle in 7 years, and wow… this stuff is actually bussin. I got a bowl with their new chipotle honey chicken, brown rice, pinto beans, guac, romaine lettuce, and fresh tomato salsa - and it was so good. Big portion, but I demolished the whole thing in one sitting (post-workout hunger hits different). A little spicy, but nothing crazy. Super satisfying and kept me full for hours. Definitely glad I gave it another try!
They’re losing their quality control. The rice was undercooked and hard, which made it really unappetizing. This is already the second time it’s happened, so I wanted to let the team know. It would be better to discard undercooked rice rather than serve it and let the quality go down!
My friends, staff and I have come to this place for lunch, and the staff ordered the burrito bowl, and 3 other participants ordered the same thing. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was that many people waiting on the line, and people working there were busy taking orders, and making things.
