Just came from the Chipotle on Broadway 4009 and it was a great experience. The food was fresh, portions were solid, and the staff was quick and friendly. What I really appreciated was how clean the place was — the tables looked freshly wiped down and the whole area felt well maintained. I’ll definitely be back.
This is by far the worst chipotle in the city. No just the food is super salty, the restaurante is always dirty and the workers always have an attitude. They act like they are doing you a favor, they look annoyed or like if you are bothering them for asking to do their job, not exceptions … and on top of that they all work on a slow motion all the time. The portions on your bowl depends of the mood of the worker or how much they like you. Just avoid this location
Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to by far. Ordered a salad bowl, the lettuce was wilted and DIRTY. Actual black stuff on the lettuce. I showed this to a worker and asked for a new bowl. She only gave me some new lettuce, not a new bowl, and the new lettuce was also DIRTY. Clearly not washed. The chips were stale and gross. All the workers were shouting at each other the entire time very loudly, even while I was ordering
