This is my first time visiting this branch. My food was good, as always. It's just that instead of packing my quesadilla in a quesadilla container, they put it in a bowl. It's a clean and spacious place. There are plenty of tables for seating, and it has air conditioning.
The food is really good, and is fresh. The staff is really slow and the line is so long. Also when they run out of a certain food (like chicken or stake) it takes a really long time to get it. They also charge you if you ask for a little more chicken. So you have to pay $10 to $20 on a bowl. I love Chipotle and I hope it gets better.
I found a piece of clear plastic in my bowl today, which is a serious food safety issue. It looked like thin packaging material and was mixed directly into the meal. This alone is concerning enough, but the overall experience was worse because of the service and cleanliness. One of the employees preparing my food was noticeably rude and seemed irritated the entire time. The rest of the staff was fine, but this person handled my order carelessly and made the interaction uncomfortable. The store
