Ervin didn’t add my requested sour cream after i asked twice and was rude about the whole experience making it feel unwelcoming and i was greatly disappointed as no other chipotle employee has ever treated me this poorly or arrogantly. Im not a person to write reviews but this experience has made me want to write one even if this is a major restaurant chain. The 404 Broadway location was quiet with only a handful of gusts inside. The whole experience felt pressuring and i’m greatly disappointed
When I ordered online in the early afternoon a sofritas bowl with extra white rice, extra pico de gallo, salsa verde, and light lettuce. My bowl was only half full. I could still the bottom of the bowl on one side. I got only a normal portion of rice and pico when I asked for extra for both. I would’ve been happy had they at least given me extra white rice. I don’t know if it was because it was a different person who made my bowl. The last time I was here, I ordered online a chicken al pastor b
I ordered a chipotle bowl and was given a small portion of food. The food was tasteless and the service was poor.
