I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered food and, unbelievably, it arrived with a fly inside the container. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I expected much better standards, but this experience has made me question how food is handled and prepared. This is not just unpleasant—it’s a health risk. I will not be ordering again, and I strongly urge the restaurant to address these hygiene issues immediately.
16 April 2026. I walked in, no AC, I walked out. Your employees shouldn’t have to work in that either. You should simply close the restaurant until the air-conditioning is fixed..
I do like chipotle but the portions are out of control. How can you give me about 2oz Of chicken? I eat Chipotle often and I know the portion size. It’s just frustrating getting underserved for $14.99 order. Bowl was all rice. Please get it together or train staff who do to go orders to properly portion the bowls…
