I recently visited Chipotle and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while, all thanks to Kaylee. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. She made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and had such a positive attitude the entire time. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only efficient but also truly sweet and attentive. Kaylee went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable, and it honestly made my day. Chip
Took over an hour for delivery. Bowl was litterly half made and paid $18 without tax. They go heavy on the topping but so stingy withth rice. 2/5 disappointed but not surprised. (Love u still Chipotle just not this location)
Good god I love me some Chipotle’s so it really hurts me to do this. What in the world were you guys thinking when you drowned our bowls in queso blanco? We sat there literally pouring it off so we could get to the food and it was cold! We know the delivery was quick so why was it so cold? Very annoyed but I know I know, 1st world problems right?
