This chipotle is in desperate need of proper management. With 10 years in the hospitality industry, I’ve never seen such a poorly run quick service establishment. There will be many times that a line of 4 to 5 people will take 20 to 30 minutes to fulfill orders. They will not proactively stay on top of preparing food so that if it runs out, It can be restocked seamlessly. Example, I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make chicken.
