Chiu Hong is likely one of the oldest Cantonese bakeries in Chinatown, and the last of its kind. My mom really likes bolo yau (pineapple bun with butter). First time trying their pineapple bun and they were really good. Came here two days in a row and saw the same locals sitting there. So it's safe to assume the locals are fond of this place - which lends credibility to the authenticity of the food.
