Delicious and super healthy. It’s a struggle for me to not gain a bunch of weight when I go to NYC so I’m making a point of trying to seek out healthier options and Chopt made that easy. There was no wait and the staff was friendly. I had the Greek salad with steak added, and I had them throw a boiled egg in there for some more protein. Very filling.
First time trying Chopt and it was great. I used the app to order ahead. Got the text to confirm for ready to pickup. The place is nice and clean. The counter has glass window to see all the ingredients. All the to go order is on the top ready for pickup. A few tables and seats only. The food is fresh. I really like the Miso Salmon. Tender and flavorful with the miso sauce. Sweet potatoes is a great add on into my bowl. I would definitely try other warm bowls next time.
This is my second and last time going to Chopt on 1st Avenue or anywhere tbh. Not impressed. The first time I ordered crispy chicken as my protein and they put in roasted chicken. This order 4/29/26, I asked for chicken tinga and they have my roasted chicken thigh. Very skimpy on the dressing, I am eating a DRYYYYYY SALAD. I mean, the order is written out in front of you and it's still wrong???. I couldn't immediately tell it was the wrong protein because it's mixed up and I had to head back to
