This has happened multiple times due to there not being an option in the app to properly substitute the chicken selection, despite there being clear notes included on the order. Every time I come here, I’m welcomed with such genuine warmth and kindness by Jennyferr H. Her humanity and positive energy truly make a difference — it’s incredibly pleasant to feel real human warmth, even for something as simple as picking up a salad. Honestly, if more people had this level of kindness, many businesses would thrive much more. I’m a loyal customer, and with people like her, I’m definitely not going anywhere.
