I ordered delivery on a Sunday and usually the Chopt location is good when you go in person but for delivery today they sent over a salad with brown slimy and wilted lettuce and forgot 2 ingredients entirely. I get that working on a weekend isn't fun but sending food poisoning in a bowl as revenge isn't the way to handle it. Really disappointed and won't ever order delivery from Chopt again.
I ordered uber eats, got a sweet orchard salad and it came with zero apples or goat cheese. No kale like I asked for. Just toasted lettuce with dried cranberries. I also got their “brownie” that they charge $2.69 for and I was shocked to see that is smaller than my finger. For Comparison I have taken a picture next To my finger and next to a damn fry!!! It’s pretty comical
Chops is amazing! Everything they offer is top quality! From the salads to the wraps, to the warm bowls, I’ve never come here and felt anything short of sooo satisfied after I eat this food! And it’s even better when I fight my internal demons and resist getting a fattening burger or pizza slice, and instead opt for this healthier, delicious option!
