Hey y’all, I was craving Chopt, and all the other locations were closed by 8pm on Thursday, but this one was open until 9pm! The atmosphere was super chill, the music was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Mignel. Her positive attitude really stood out. The staff was unprofessional and showed little concern for either the quality of the food or the customer experience. I had to repeatedly explain what was wrong with the dish before the issue was understood, making an already frustrating situation even worse.
OMG so Yummy! The food was amazing. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I will be coming back for sure.
