We went to Christos for my husbands birthday dinner. He loves steak. We know our meats, we cook a lot at home. We stopped going to steakhouses because we can make same thing at home but wanted to experience a nice steakhouse. When we ordered our steak it was a bit pretentious they kept trying upsell the "better" cut of meat. Then a second person came and said the same thing. We loved our steak. And we ate it with eggs the next day as well. The upselling was annoying. No one wants to be babied. F
I ordered a hamburger from this place wanting to try out the local steakhouse. With fees it was a $40 hamburger but had hoped for something good. Requested Medium RARE in caps but it was delivered well done. The bun was a stale pretzel roll (shown in picture with the lousy fries being trashed to the food compost). All over a lousy order and waste of money. I will compliment the ketchup as it was very flavorful and covered the bland taste of the over cooked meat - chef's kiss on the ketchup.
Amazing experience. 10/10 although it was a little tight in there, everything else made up for it. Amazing drinks, food, portions, and service. Staff was beyond kind from the entrance to the back of the house and i Would undoubtedly come back to dine. Thanks for an amazing Vamentines
