Stopped by Chun Xiang Ju for a World Cup watch party and ended up ordering a full spread of their signature braised specialties. The braised pork trotter was the highlight of the table. The skin was rich and glossy, with plenty of collagen and a soft, silky texture. Every bite carried deep savory flavors from the braising liquid without being overly salty. I highly recommend Chun Xiang Ju if you're looking for real-deal braised meats. The first thing you notice is the incredible aroma of natural herbs and salt. It’s refreshing to find a place that doesn't rely on MSG or "technological" flavor enhancers.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by Chun Xiang Ju to try their braised specialties and was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful everything was. We ordered the braised pork feet, pork head meat, kelp, and beef tripe. Every item was well-seasoned and packed with flavor. The pork feet were tender and rich without being overly greasy.
