I don't understand the negative reviews about this place. I've been searching for a place in NYC where I can get that exact type of cinnamon roll that I like, but I couldn't find it anywhere, and I was around by chance when I saw this place, and I have to tell you that I had the most amazing cinnamon roll there! It was warm, perfect texture and taste, sweet but not overly sweet. I'd totally go back for a lot more! :) Bc everything looked delish at that shop.
A terrible experience; I bought a box of 9 pieces and asked before paying if it was hot; the guy who answered said yes; so I proceeded to pay, once delivered I check it and tell him that it is not hot, that if you can please heat it for me and he said no. That I just couldn't warm it up.
A bunch of youngsters serving the food. The girl making the buns dropped the icing on the countertop. She picked it up and smeared it on the buns. Another youngsters was moping while the food was being prepped. She did a horrible job mopping up the common area. The cashier looked like he was overwhelmed. Answering questions with " What "!!! Most of the staff is rude are rude maybe because they are young?
