Very crowded, wait for a seat (though I went with a regular which made it easier). Old-style booths that are tight for those who are tall (or sitting across with someone tall like I was). Their pancakes - excellent, and they often have different flavors. They have a pancake month in February, I think, where they do new flavors all the time, but our visit in April was still good with cherry and whipped creme on crumbles. Good for sharing. Brunch at Clinton St. Baking Company was a really nice experience overall 🥞✨ We tried the blueberry pancakes, French toast, and the coffee with free refills, which was such a fun touch. The food was definitely good and everything matched the expectations for a classic NYC brunch spot. The service was also very friendly, which made the experience even better. That said, I would probably not give it a full five stars, as it didn’t completely blow us away overall - still very solid though. One
