Your female manager running this location lacks customer service and critical thinking skills. Both self service kiosks are not working today, instead of putting a sign that says out of order. I watch the staff willingly stand around letting multiple customers order theirs drinks only to end up with a "store closed" error. They also refused to honor the bogo deal and said "I can only get the discount if I order on the kiosk" ... but your kiosk doesn't work? I asked the worker to ask her manager
Coco Fresh Tea & Juice is one of our favorite bubble tea brand in Taiwan and they serve solid drink with variety. We had classic bubble milk tea with no ice and less sugar. The milk tea was decent and the bubble was cooked chewy. Overall, it was good but not really special and outstanding among all competitors in Flushing.
Solid bubble tea, I always go with half sugar and no ice so it's cool but not watered down, and not too sweet. Bubbles don't last long in a fridge so eat right away or leave to get warm. Their regular bubble tea is great with egg pudding! Holiday deal from 1/1/26-1/5/2026 to get a small stuffed bubble tea decoration free with 3 or more drinks as supplies last.
