I visited on Wednesday, April 8th around 5:28 PM and had an experience I hadn’t had before at this location. I was helped by a girl I hadn’t seen before, and unfortunately the quality of the drinks was not the same as usual. The person in front of me asked to have their drink remade because it was too milky. I used to come to this location regularly but these three workers were extremely disrespectful. Laughing in my face and being on your phone(every time I walk in) I have never experienced such horrible service and hope no one experiences it as well. Also I found a hair in my drink!!! Disgusting attitude from the workers
The atmosphere is very nice and clean; it’s also smells really good like they were cooking boba. I got pearl brown milk tea and mango green tea here! Very sweet and great customer service!
