Staff was quite rude while ordering. When I asked to scan my rewards card/give my phone number in the app, she snarkily replied with "We don't do that here, you have to order on the app". However, the tablet that is used at all other CoCo locations to scan the QR code was on the counter. The kiosks were not working when we arrived so the "kiosk only" deal could not be used. The drinks were made poorly as we had ordered one without ice which arrived with ice, and a 30% sugar level drink tasted th
