I ordered the salmon with garlic broccoli and Mac and cheese. The salmon was a big portion but it was bland no seasoning the sweet chili sauce on the side helped with the flavor. The Mac and cheese was too cheesy and in my opinion was nasty. I couldn't eat it. The broccoli was too hard. I would not eat here again. Plus it took 35 minutes to get my food.
I ordered the salmon platter that was old, brown, dry & disgusting!! How did they even send this food out the kitchen!! The fried shrimp were good but cold!! The plantains were old & dry as well, a total waste of money!!!!
I thought this would be a great restaurant for me. Black soul food made well, and not being overpriced. Boy was I extremely wrong. I ordered chicken wings, yams, with the jerk pasta. I made the mistake of purchasing a lemonade as well. The chicken was undercooked and super greasy meat. The yams had all the string in it so I barely got to eat any of them. The jerk chicken was the only decent part, but it was over seasoned. The lemonade was atrocious because the limes were expired before they made
