A very unique experience that left us with so many favorite bites. Squid preparation was novel and amazing. I will never forget the taste. Of tehshrimp soup. Taco was so lovely. The desert were amazing too. I highly recommend their Mexican pairing as well.
We did the tasting menu and it rocked our world. Every bite was better than the last. The service was incredible, the food was jam packed with flavor, the vegetables were so fresh, and the cocktails were unique and flavorful. The spirits pairing was informative and delicious. Only two and half years since its opening and Cormina has established itself as one of the MUST GO TO tasting menu experiences in NYC! The food is excellently prepared and presented and the flavors are extraordinary...you always want one more bit. The service is attentive and the staff is very accommodating. The lied motif is clearly Mexican, but it is infused with Asian and European notes and techniques. It is deserving of all the accolades it has received and more.
