I recently visited Cork and Slice with a few friends and had a fantastic experience. The staff were pleasant and very understanding, especially when one of my friends needed special dietary accommodations. They substituted multiple ingredients to tailor the meal to her needs without any fuss. Although our pizza crust was burnt initially, the staff promptly made a new one without any issue, which we greatly appreciated. The rest of the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was very nice,
Took my daughter out for a lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The place is very nice. Quiet. Staff was very helpful. Very quick service. Got a salad with Salmon. Salmon was amazing, slightly grilled top yet soft like butter. A bit expensive but real good.
The food was great, and I would have gladly come back based on that alone. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the manager loudly berating and screaming at one of the waitresses. It was so loud that the entire restaurant could hear it, making for a very uncomfortable atmosphere. What made it even worse was that the waitress was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire meal despite how she was being treated. She handled herself with grace and continued providing
