Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. We’re Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite members, so we expected much better service and hospitality than what we experienced here. From both check-in and check-out, the staff were not welcoming or helpful at all. Throughout our stay, almost every request we made took multiple calls and constant follow-up. The hotel offers good value for money, the location is excellent, and the staff is attentive. Adriana from the staff and Mrs. Santana from cleaning provided excellent service, but the other staff members were generally attentive. Cleanliness was okay and there was no noise. We recommend it. The room could be a little bigger, consider this if you're traveling as a family. But for a couple, it's great.
GREAT location (although a little noisy during the day with window open) and loved the Starbucks in the lobby which is why I will give this location four stars. Tenzin and his crew made me and my daughter look forward to going downstairs to get coffee in the morning. It was probably the only time we were greeted with a genuine smile. Front desk and lobby staff seemed annoyed to be there. The rooms could be cleaner. I found a used towel and half used mouthwash bottle on floor.
