I went to Crown Fried Chicken at 3 am last night for a three-piece fried chicken box and cheese pizza. The food was prepped super quick, and was pretty inexpensive at like ~$11 for everything. While the chicken tasted decent, the pizza was kind of cartoonish and flimsy, without much flavor. The chicken was pretty juicy and tasted good with hot sauce, but the fry oil definitely is used for many types of things and had a bit of a weird smell to it. I ordered for delivery on seamless and selected the option for the delivery person to come to my door. When he arrived he refused to come upstairs to my door. I asked him to please come upstairs and he said “no I’m not coming upstairs and that’s not my problem”. I’m pregnant and was not feeling well. I had to ask my neighbor to please pick up my food because I simply could not. I also tipped this guy. So I will not be ordering from here again. Also the food is mid.
