So disappointing! The manager swindled us to come in with the price of purchasing a bottle and hookah. He came off very personable but was the only staff in at the time. The first red flag was the cups were filthy so I had to ask him to rewash them. As we got the bottle and chaser, (cranberry juice). As I poured my first drink, I soon realized there was a ROACH In my drink! I let him know and he said he didn’t even want to see it and then proceeded to tell me it was a fruit fly from the limes. I
They forced us to pay and made us pay for hookah worst service ever
Bouncer tried to charge my friend and I $40 each to get in and when we started to walk away, he lowered it to $20 each. The drinks were mid and charged us $20 each with no receipt to show for it. My friend handed the bartender $40 for our drinks and he demanded a tip stating “This is for the drinks..what about the tip?” Then asked 3 more times and just made us feel uncomfortable. I would never come back!
