I really hate doing this because I had a great experience the first time I ate here. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. The girl who answered the phone was rude, and the food looked like it was tossed carelessly into the bag. The margarita pizza was far from what a true margarita pizza should be. Food is way too expensive to be getting this type of quality. Such a shame — I was really hoping for the same level of service and care as before.
I bought a cheese pie that was completely burnt and rubbery—honestly tasted terrible. I called the manager, and instead of owning it, he straight up denied it and claimed it was “fresh out of the oven.” That makes zero sense—if it’s fresh, why is it burnt to a crisp? Then he tells me I have to bring the pizza all the way back to the store just to get a replacement. Seriously? Half the pizza was already wasted because it was inedible. I had to leave a review because this pizza spot is truly something special. From the moment I walked in, the smell alone told me I was in the right place.
