I went to this Haitian spot in Queens called Cuisine Imperial after a Haitian party in Cambria Heights and mannn 🔥🇭🇹 the food was absolutely amazing. The wait was about 15 minutes, so I’d definitely recommend calling ahead if you specifically want the patties because they make them fresh to order. Every patty looked good 😭 I don’t eat pork, but even the pork ones looked crazy good. I had the goat patty and it was honestly the best patty I ever had. It wasn’t the traditional flaky style eithe
I had an amazing experience at Haitian Imperial Cuisine! The flavors were authentic and bold — you can tell everything is made with love and tradition. I tried the fried fish, and it was hands down one of the best Haitian fish I’ve had in a while. The portions were generous, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Whether you’re Haitian or just love good Caribbean food, this spot is a must-visit. Will definitely be coming back! OH LAWDDD!
I've gone here twice and they've only had chicken and turkey prepared, I didn't see anything of what I saw on Instagram not even the homemade juices. The food is okay, I've had way better, like VIP Zone better in Brooklyn, like Creole Fusion better on Springfield Blvd, like Good Taste better down the road from them. Once your business is open at 1pm then EVERYTHING should be ready and available to the customer not just chicken and turkey...do better please.
