The Italian restaurant in New York was pretty good overall. The food was tasty, and the service was good and friendly. However, the atmosphere could have been better because it was a bit noisy since the restaurant is located right next to the road. The restrooms were downstairs and did not feel very comfortable or modern. Also, the orange juice had a little too much ice in it. Overall, it was still a nice experience and a decent place to visit.
I had an absolutely incredible experience at this Italian restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely inviting. You can tell this place is run with care. Doug, the general manager, sets the tone for the entire restaurant. He was attentive, professional, and clearly passionate about making sure every guest had a memorable experience. From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere was exactly what you want—lively, welcoming, and full of that authentic Italian charm.
