Dolores is the perfect step above casual; dimly lit, intimate, and very “worth the wait” NYC dinner spot (and there will be a wait, so go early). We started with chips, guacamole, and cheesy refried beans, and honestly, all three set the tone. Where do I start ? Arrived tonight around 930 pm we were sat at a table as walkins. We waited over 20 minutes and no server even acknowledged us.
