Casual eatery specializing in Dominican comfort food, including pernil, with a salad bar.
From Google Maps reviews.
Delicious Dominican food overall. I’m just not a fan of their pastelillos; they were a bit too dry for my taste. I do wish they offered delivery, and it would be great and hygienic to see the food handlers wearing gloves.
As a Dominican native, I am so pleased with this restaurant! It’s clean, the people are kind and the food is delicious! The only Dominican restaurant on the island that is worth it if you want authentic Dominican food!!
The only reason this place is popular in Staten Island is because they are the only Dominican restaurant in the immediate area. The next one is about ten minutes away. Their food is absolutely nothing like you find in Brooklyn or Perth Amboy, NJ. I just ordered some white rice with pasta and man it's like you're eating out of a bottle of salt. Terrible.
