I tried really hard to not talk down on this place but this is the worse Domino’s in LES. Food always fresh but never cooked properly. Why are my cinnamon sticks spicy? Why do they beg for tip? Why was there a big piece of spinach on my pepperoni pizza? In other words, you get what you pay for (sometimes)
They marked my order as delivered, I went to the store to pick up my order and it wasn't there. They could not even find the receipt. I show my receipt 🧾 with my order trough the app. At least they apologized and prepared another one. I've never seen another restaurant being so kind in apologizing and admitting their mistake and trying to correct it. The location is not very favorable, there is always homeless and the area is a little dirty.
Worst customer service ever, consistently. Tonight I called moments after placing my order because I had made an error. It had only been 60 seconds, and they said the order was already "almost ready" and hung up on me. They didn't even ask for my name or my order number. Then, more than 20 minutes later, it goes "out for delivery." It gives an ETA, then another ETA, then another, and then it says "delivered."
