My friends and I have visited the 376 pear st. brunch today.(near Brooklyn Bridge in New York City) we were so impressed by the staff named Chelsea, she was really friendly, polite, helpful and really professional. Her team was also the same which i haven’t seen much now a day (no offense). She helped us with the orders and explained very well and knowledgeable. Worst service I had in a Starbucks. The person who was serving was really making sure to make me feel it was a favour to do the job. Also, the place was as it was closing down ( it was 14h00).
Really large seating area. Guy at the cashier and warming up the food was really nice. It would’ve been better if the other two barista helped him out instead of just standing there chit chatting. They close at 5pm btw. I got the sausage egg & cheese sandwich, tasted okay. Just one of the bun tasted really hard. Probably days old
