Delivery driver was rude, unprofessional, unreliable and did not speak english. I went downstairs to collect food and was waiting for 20 minutes! Called the store no resolution and they could not get in touch withe driver. The order was meant to arrive at 2:25pm it is now 3:00pm - no resolution, no food, no refund. I am still on hold with the store (40 minutes and counting) no manager, no solution - simply on hold. Why would I trust to do business with them in the future ever again or trust that
Send me 2 pizza so thin that I couldnt believe my eye. Mind you i order regular crush. Call so they can resend my order and was told I have to wait almost one hour for my reorder when i have kids waiting. He was not even able to give me a fair explanation as to why my pizza was so thin and didnt gave no solution either. Avoid this place. I've ordered from them several times, and it's always the same: after waiting over an hour, they end up canceling the order with no explanation and no apology. It's a complete lack of respect for their customers. If you're hungry, save yourself the frustration and order somewhere else.
