I ordered thru the Dominos app and left special instructions (arrange single toppings in shape of heart for Valentine’s Day). I called the store to politely verify they received the special instructions. The man who answered was very rude and curt, yelling that “I ALREADY MADE THE PIZZA! DO YOU WANT TO CANCEL IT?!” The delivery driver was very kind however. The pizza was what I ordered minus the special instructions and was delicious. I don’t appreciate the rude man on the phone however.
The absolute worst staff. Rude when you call, rude when they deliver. They are quick to mention if you did not tip in the app, but will not deliver to your door. Delivery driver called and screamed at me over the phone to come downstairs for my food, refusing again to bring it to my door, then had me waiting for 10 minutes! Never ordering from this atrocious place again.
Delivered 2 hours late. To the wrong person. Called the store. They said "You got it." I said, "Then why would I call?" Came 30 mins later. Completely cold and my exact order (meaning they lied.) And someone ate part of my pizza. Just straight up missing. This place is trash and run by trash people.
