I placed an online order at 9pm, the tracker showed that the pizza was done at 9:29 but it didn’t arrived to my house until 11:30pm. I called multiple times to follow up or to cancel my order and nobody picked up the phone. It was impossible to get in touch and unheard of that I have to wait over 2 hours to get a pizza delivered from a restaurant that is 8min drive from my house.
I've been going to this location almost weekly since 2018. From 2018 to 2025 the service and the pizza was pretty darn good. For some reason since February 2026 you changed the staff. This new group takes forever to do a simple online order. They don't wear any gloves. Orders and customers are piling up while they stand around talking amongst themselves. One time one of your staff was shoving food into his mouth and then directly started making my pizza. No gloves. I let it go because i figur
I rarely, almost never, leave negative reviews for restaurants. However, today I was in a rush and ordered a pizza from Domino’s. For some reason, my order was canceled without any notification at all. I only found out when I arrived at the store to pick it up, which was extremely frustrating and confusing. This wasted a significant amount of my time and caused serious inconvenience. Very disappointing experience, especially when customers are relying on the order being ready as promised.
