The pizza from this location is often good. I haven’t had any complaints. I came on Valentine’s Day and ordered several items using the coupon online. Everything was fine but the cheesy bread was a bit overcooked. The lava cakes were way too hard. The wings should be cooked through a little longer. The boneless chicken is just okay. Domino’s Pizza has extremely poor customer service. The delivery person was going back and forth for no apparent reason, which caused an unnecessary delay. By the time the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and clearly had been sitting for a while. This completely ruined the meal experience. Terrible experience. I placed an order for delivery to my APARTMENT at 6:40PM and still no sight of my order at 10:00PM. I called them at the top of each hour and the manager kept saying they were downstairs and they weren’t.
