Walked into dominos to grab lunch a lil early. About 10:30! I can see people in the back walking around. Talking to eachother as well. One man even came to to window with headphones on and didn’t greet me. Waiting around 13 mins for some type of customer service & still NOTHING. In order for me to get my food I had to place an order on the website! Still not one person in the back greeted me. That’s a terrible way to treat paying customers. It’s now 10:50 and I can see my order that I placed on
I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. I ordered just one chicken pizza, and even though the store was completely empty, I had to wait almost an hour (about 57–59 minutes) for a single order. On top of that, the staff had serious difficulty understanding and speaking basic English, which made communication very frustrating. I had to repeat myself multiple times just to place and check on my order. Waiting nearly an hour for one pizza in an empty store is unacceptable.
The pizza is always substantial for the purpose and they have a crunchy thin crust. However, they sent my pizza to me and it was burnt beyond eating. I reached out to Domino's and they gave me points for a free pizza so we'll see how they do next time. And here I am a few days later and giving them another chance only to get another burnt pizza with slices of the pizza on top of the other slices and stuck together, I don't think I'll be ordering from them anymore or maybe I need to find a differ
