I came into the store at 7:05 pm and the manager and other were workers were not tending to me. I asked to please be given my order because i could see it shortly across from where i was standing. I was given the order and the manager said you dont have to be rude. I was annoyed by the lack of service but I never said anything rude, i never raised by voice and i didn't do anything confrontational. Very busy most the day and early night in the drive thru. The inside store is not open all night but is usually busy during the day. It's clean compared to others and is pretty large. The group of people and kids can get overwhelming at times.
