I ordered through the app, and when I arrived, the establishment attempted to discreetly provide substitutions for the items I ordered without communicating the changes beforehand. When I returned the substituted meal, management confirmed that the items I originally requested were unavailable and informed me that I would need to request a refund through online support. This place never has coleslaw, steals your points when you try to redeem them, and they never wanna give you fresh food, they wanna get the old food out the way before they serve the fresh one which makes the fresh food old. Don't make any sense.I will not be coming back here. I'm going to the one down the block from now on.
Terrible customer service. The workers were slow and didn't seem to care. I placed an online order and still had to wait 40+ mins for my order. They didn't have what I ordered and didn't offer other options, but gave me what they wanted. After speaking up, I was given attitude, and met with rude back comments.
