I am disappointed with my Domino’s delivery experience. Instead of delivering my order to my door, the driver left it unattended in my building’s lobby without notifying me or attempting to hand it to me. Food should not be left in a common area where it can get cold or be taken by someone else. I expect better communication and delivery service, especially when paying for delivery. If zero stars were possible, that's what I would give. Staff, manager & delivery drivers are all RUDE and disgusting. Ordered pizza at 4:20; said it was delivered at 4:50...it was not. Asked for a pic of where they left it; said the driver had it and hung up on me. Was told my order would be remade and sent at 6; still no food at 6:45. What’s the point in tipping if delivery can not fully be delivered to you. I use to tip really well and lately I have noticed that no matter how much I tip I will have to walk out to pick it up from their car. I just had a baby and wanted a break but I honestly can’t get one even ordering pizza. On top of that my pizza box came soaking wet.
