I’ve ordered from this pizzeria a couple of times, and while the food is really good, the service definitely needs improvement, especially when it comes to timing and accuracy. The first time I ordered, I chose delivery. It said it would take 30 minutes, and once I got the notification that my driver had "left," I expected the food within 15–20 minutes max since I live just 9 minutes away. Placed an order in advance online but when it came time for delivery the driver couldn't reach me. The store manager even tried to reach me but for some reason the phone calls weren't coming through. When I called the store the manager communicated with the driver and was able to to get my order. I never have any problems with this store. But Tonight the Driver Threatened My PREGNANT WIFE !!! The pizza was delicious, and the cashier was extremely friendly. He even helped me charge my phone, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back more often!
